How can I pay?

Please pay with you credit or debit card using our secure server provided by Protx, if you wish to pay by any other method please contact us.

How much will the delivery cost me?

Free delivery to mainland UK, for deliveries to non mainland UK or abroad please contact us for a quote.

What if I am not happy with my rug?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rug we offer a full refund if returned in it original condition at your expense within seven days of receipt.

What if my rug arrives damaged or faulty?

In the unlikely event that you rug arrives damaged please contact us immediately so we can arrange a refund or exchange, If the packaging is damaged on arrival please ensure this recorded on the couriers note.
